After Mistaking the Knight, the Commander Felt Bitter Remorse

The setup

For three years she serves the commander as a junior aide in the daytime and as his hidden lover after dark. His marriage then costs her the child she was carrying, and she stops hiding. No one near him knows who she is: both the empire's lost dragon heir and the Phantom Rider who disappeared years ago. When she drops the disguise, a dragon bows to her, gold armour gleams and the court kneels, and the man she served finally sees what he has lost. A forged heir, a plotting rival and a war between dragons push back against her, and another man starts to fall for her while the commander tries to pay for forgiveness. ReelShort files the story under revenge, identity reveal, getting back at an ex and all-too-late, so the question is how much of the debt she lets him settle.

Price of the run

• $24.99ReelShort: 52 locked episodes at 60 coins apiece come to 3,120 coins (60 per episode is the figure in ReelShort's coin guide, read Oct 18, 2026). Smallest spend that covers it: 3,750 coins for $24.99, our sum from the pack prices in ReelShort's store on Oct 29, 2026.

• Episodes 1 to 8 are the free ones, about 19 minutes of a 90-minute run by the lengths on ReelShort's Full Episodes list (read 2026-10-29). Episode 1 plays 1:58; the longest, episode 12, runs 3:28 and the shortest, episode 22, 0:41.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
• Episodes 9 to 60 are locked: 52 of them, 3,120 coins at the 60 that ReelShort's coin guide gives for a standard episode. The store's 3,750-coin pack, $24.99 in the Vietnam view of 2026-10-29, covers the lot (our math).Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
• Ads would stretch it over about 13 days (our math). A day of 15 to 20 ads is worth about 250 coins by the coin guide's account, which promises nothing, and 250 coins is four episodes.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
• Our read: the locked 52 episodes hold about 71 minutes, which makes $24.99 in coins about 35 cents a minute, a little under Surf God's Revenge's 39, versus about 8 on the $5.99 first-week VIP. Watch the free 19 minutes first; if you go on, VIP is the cheaper road, provided it covers this title, which the page does not say.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026

Asked about After Mistaking the Knight, the Commander Felt Bitter Remorse

• Who is the heroine of After Mistaking the Knight, the Commander Felt Bitter Remorse?

ReelShort's text never names her. For three years she is the commander's lowest aide and secret lover and, per the description, the lost heir of the dragon empire as well as the Phantom Rider who disappeared years ago. The commander has no name on the page either, and no actor is credited.

• What does the title mean by "the knight"?

The description never uses the word. It gives her a second identity, the legendary Phantom Rider, but no page we read ties the title's knight to that name, so we do not claim the link (read 2026-10-29).

• How does After Mistaking the Knight end?

Only in outline. The last line of ReelShort's description is a kiss at the altar, without saying whose. The Full Episodes list gives every one of its 60 entries the same paragraph, so there is no finale recap (read 2026-10-29).
