On a night of lunar eclipse the maid Joanna conceives a dragon heir by King Atlas. His queen, Sophia, scars her and locks her in the Tower of Oblivion, and Joanna brings up her son Louis there on her own. Louis later rescues the Queen Mother, and Atlas realises who the woman of six years before was. By then Sophia and her father Augustus have faked the bloodline crystal and started a revolt. The series reached ReelShort on 2026-10-20 and had 15.3 million views and a Trending badge by 2026-10-29. It runs 63 episodes with the paywall at episode 12, and episodes 1 and 2 are long: episode 1 plays 3:04 and episode 2 plays 3:07, while episode 12, the first locked one, plays only 0:55; no episode in the run is shorter than 0:53.
Full story (spoilers)
ReelShort's description gives the whole plot in one paragraph, and each of the 63 entries on the Full Episodes list carries it again. A maid named Joanna becomes pregnant with a dragon heir after a night with King Atlas, under the lunar eclipse. Queen Sophia leaves her scarred and has her locked away in the Tower of Oblivion, and it is there that she raises Louis. Once the boy has saved the Queen Mother, Atlas works out who the woman from six years earlier was. Sophia and her father Augustus fake the bloodline crystal and rise against the throne, but the Queen Mother denounces them and Atlas puts the rebels down. He then crowns Joanna, who is expecting a second child. No episode-level recap is published, so the years in the tower are not shown.

Price of the run
- $24.99ReelShort: 52 locked episodes at 60 coins apiece come to 3,120 coins (60 per episode is the figure in ReelShort's coin guide, read Oct 18, 2026). Smallest spend that covers it: 3,750 coins for $24.99, our sum from the pack prices in ReelShort's store on Oct 29, 2026.
- Nine days after its 2026-10-20 release the title page showed a Trending badge, 15,309,672 views and an unlabeled second counter of 119,253 (2026-10-29). Neither chart list had it, so the badge and those two counters are the only popularity signals the page gives.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
- Episodes 1 to 11 are free: about 23 minutes of a 101-minute run on the Full Episodes list. Episode 2 is the longest at 3:07, episodes 15 and 59 the shortest at 0:53, and the title page's FAQ puts the first premium episode at 12.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
- The 52 locked episodes, 12 to 63, need 3,120 coins at 60 apiece (ReelShort's coin guide). The 3,750-coin pack at $24.99 does it, going by the store's Vietnam prices of 2026-10-29 (our math).Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
- Ads alone would run about 13 days: the coin guide mentions roughly 250 coins from a day of 15 to 20 ads, a figure it does not promise, which unlocks four of the 52 locked episodes a day (our math).Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
- Our read: the locked 52 episodes hold about 78 minutes, so $24.99 in coins is near 32 cents a minute, level with Lord of Beasts, and the $5.99 first-week VIP about 8 (our math). At 63 episodes this is a long watch, so open it on the free 23 minutes and move to VIP only if it holds you, if VIP applies to it, which the title page leaves open.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
- The FAQ marks it AI-generated animation by ReelShort, finished at 63 episodes; no cast is credited.Source, checked Oct 29, 2026
