Renee gave up a billionaire heiress's life to nurse her husband Levi out of a coma and help him chase a place in the NHL, and nobody around him knows whose family she comes from. Now she is pregnant and means to tell him. First, though, Levi gives an interview in which he praises Renee for standing by him and then praises Madeline, the doctor who treated him, too. Madeline starts photographing Renee with another man so that it looks like an affair. A car crash leaves Levi tending to Madeline while Renee lies hurt. In hospital Renee loses the baby, and Levi, pointing to the pictures, doubts it was his. His mother piles on. Renee answers by handing him divorce papers, throwing his money back in his face and leaving with her brother Clark, who arrives with an escort.

Renee, a billionaire heiress whom Levi thinks of as a housewife with nothing, has spent three years helping NHL hopeful Levi come back from a coma. In ReelShort's recaps of episodes 1 to 10, Levi praises his doctor Madeline in an interview, and after a car crash he carries Madeline off and leaves Renee in the wreck. Renee wakes in hospital to find him laughing in Madeline's room while nurses call Madeline his wife. Madeline picks a fight; Renee says she once won Levi the biggest deal of his career; Levi brushes past her, she falls, and she loses the baby. He says he is not sure the child was his and shows her Madeline's photos. Renee slaps him and gives him divorce papers, and his mother mocks her. She throws his money back as she leaves, just as her brother Clark arrives with an escort that Madeline recognises. From episode 11 to 61 the list repeats the premise, so the ending is not published.
